Q. Which package is right for me?
A. Depends on what you need from us. Our recommendation will always be the Woop Daddy package because you’re getting the best value out of us. Take a look at the product page here to see which package is right for you. If you’re still not sure, chat, email or call us.
Q. Can I cancel my plan?
A. We hope you never have a reason to do this, but yes. If you give us 30 days written notice at month 11, we can cancel your plan for you and uninstall any agents we have on your system. The only exception to this is if you’ve signed up for another service with a third party through us. Please ensure you read your terms and conditions before entering any agreement for third party services.
Q. Is Wooply real?
A. He is and he sits in his tower every day to root out everyday IT problems to solve. Space hoppers are his relatives, so be kind when using them.
Q. Which areas do you cover?
A. Currently we only operate from Cambridge-London-Norwich, though we will be rolling out nationally within the year.
Q. Can you provide on-site support?
A. We can, but this is a payable service and depends on what you need from us. Give us a call or drop us a line and we’ll provide you with an estimate of the cost of what you want done. Our proactive maintenance package (Woop Daddy) is designed to identify problems before they happen…but only with the equipment on the plan. With that you’d also receive unlimited remote support too.
Q. Who is the VOIP provider?
A. We are a partner of RingCentral, and can offer you the best packages they have to offer.
A. Why do you only sell ESET antivirus?
Q. After a number of years of servicing and installing a range of packages, ESET has continually delivered the best results on detection, whilst not slowing machines down.
Q. Do you sell any other equipment or services?
A. Yes, if you need any IT equipment, software or consultancy on disaster recovery, networking and much more then just give us a call. You’ll find our prices competitive.
Q. Do you look after older computers?
A. No. For you to be productive, and for us to remain competitive on price, we only take machines that are less than three years old onto our packages. As a point of reference, we won’t look after anything with Windows XP on it. For tablets the same rule applies, it has to be less than 3 years old.
Q. Could I just have the antivirus on its’ own or the VOIP products?
A. Yes you can, just give us a call and we’ll be able to set that up for you, though bear in mind the best value for these comes as part of the packages.
Q. Why do you take card payments, and can’t I pay by direct debit?
A. We’ve done it because it’s the most straightforward way of taking payments for now, we will be adding direct debit functionality later in the year.
